Letting the vines talk through the wines

Revelation believes in low intervention wine making, to express ‘the place’ in the wines by using only wild yeast.

(No sulphites, no acids, no powdered tannins, no sugar, no eggs, no milk, no fish protein)

We let the wine express its terroir by using vessels such as French oak barrels or stainless steel tanks, for varying periods.
