Description
Harvested the 21st of February 2018, we pressed the grapes and the juice went into 6 years old barrels for 9 months. The wine was bottled the 10th of December 2018.
No addition, no filtration.
Chardonnay
Expressive, complex, floral and fruity nose with vibrant mineral and complex mouth feel. Great occasion white wine.
